Who We Are
This year we are excited to celebrate our 20th anniversary here in North Texas. In that time we have seen big changes in the real estate market, both for the good and the bad, and the one thing we have learned is to survive you must accept change. In an effort to keep up with the every changing real estate market, in 2019 we have launched our new name, House Solutions Inc. and will no longer be known as Property Partners Group. The services and quality of those services have not and will not change; but we believe this name better fits with who we are and will help us reach a greater number of clients in the North Texas area as well as an expanded reach outside of our immediate market.
We started buying and selling houses almost 20 years ago; and we started small with inexpensive homes in depressed neighborhoods, and were doing well. But, we very quickly learned a powerful real estate truth – nothing stays the same. We have worked through the boom time of new construction and easy lending, we were in the market when the real estate bubble burst in 2008, we have been part of the rebound since then, and today we continue to purchase homes and improve neighborhoods throughout North Texas.
Because of our extensive experience, we have personally structured real estate transactions in almost every way: rent-to-own, wrap around notes, short sales, assumable notes, owner financing, cash purchases, hard money lenders, assignments, lease option purchases, and many more. No matter what real estate is doing or what your situation is, we pride ourselves on finding and/or creating win-win situations that benefit everyone involved.
