Andrew Wendler is an old fashioned, American entrepreneur, real estate problem solver, a Certified Affordable Housing Provider, published Author, philanthropist, experienced contractor, a Managing Partner First Step Management and President of House Solutions Inc.  His career in real estate started at 16 years old as a labourer on a construction crew in northern Wisconsin and his involvement here in Texas started in 2002 after graduating from the University of Illinois – Champaign/Urbana.

Since then, Andrew has completed multiple advanced trainings specializing in real estate and finance and, as part of House Solutions Inc, has been part of 100’s of real estate transactions where sellers needed options the traditional real estate channels didn’t offer.  This knowledge, experience, and genuine interest in people are the very things that set House Solutions Inc. apart from their competitors.  Andrew has been and continues to be instrumental in the design and execution of the programs that help sellers in all situations, and he is especially proud of the programs for sellers who have little to no equity.

You will often hear Andrew say, “bad things happen to good people and it is our job to help when and where we can.”  This is why you will likely speak with Andrew personally when you call with a need to sell your house – his greatest joy comes from finding solutions for people in difficult situations.
