You don’t need real estate experience, cash, or credit; all you need to do is talk to people. If and when you find someone who needs help, then you can make some quick and easy cash by just putting us together with them.
We will pay you for providing us with information on houses in any area, condition or price range that we buy.

We don’t lead seminars and we don’t sell books or tapes, but we have real-life experience buying and selling houses in North Texas before the real estate crash and after. How Much Money Can I Earn?
How much do you want to make? You can earn up to $1,000 per referral and there’s no limit on how much money you can make! We pay for each house you refer to us that we buy. It’s that simple!
What Do I Have To Do?
Simply provide us with leads for people who want to or need to sell their properties. While you’re driving to work, walking the neighborhood, or running errands, keep your eyes open for signs. Send us a list of houses that are For Sale By Owner (FSBO), For Rent By Owner (FRBO) or vacant. It’s that easy!
How Do I Get Started?
It’s simple! Follow these four steps:
1) Register With Property Partners Group
Complete our simple Partner Registration Form and submit it online. We will need your complete name, address, and phone number so that we know where to mail the checks and how we can reach you. Once we receive your completed registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation via email. As soon as you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to participate in the Partnership Program.
*Please note, once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.
2) Locate Leads
Find houses that are For Sale By Owner, For Rent by Owner or vacant. Remember, we buy houses in any area and in any condition. Ugly, run-down houses don’t bother us.
3) Refer Leads to Property Partners Group
Simply submit the leads you find online by completing the Property Finder Referral Form. Each property will be checked for duplicates and evaluated by an experienced buyer/investor; if it is a property that can be purchased profitably we will email you a DEAL CONFIRMATION and keep you informed as the transaction progresses.
4) Get Paid!
Checks will be mailed (to the address you provided) shortly after we close on the house. Sometimes you may even receive a surprise check many months after submitting your leads. Once a lead is assigned to your name, it stays in our database until we buy the house or someone else does.
